Welcome!
Hello and welcome to my website! Over the better part of the past decade, I have worked on a variety of projects and participated in multiple competitions, and this is a space for me to highlight some of them, and share my work and experiences, both as a student and as a professional.
Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you have a great day.
I am a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), where I completed my Master's in Robotics. I completed my undergraduate studies in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering at D.J. Sanghvi College of Engineering, Mumbai, India.
Throughout my undergraduate studies, I have worked on three projects designing and implementing Robotic arms and a remotely controlled rover, and have two published papers regarding the same. I was also a part of the aero design team of my college and participated in an international competition, SAE Aero Design, in 2018 and 2019.
Since starting my Master's in Robotics at WPI, I have gained a keen interest in Motion Planning and Control of Autonomous Systems. I have enjoyed using my creativity and problem-solving abilities to work on multiple projects exploring different algorithms and even creating my own. Using Python and C++ with simulation frameworks such as Pygame, MATLAB, and Gazebo, I have found my niche in multi-agent systems and have written research papers related to my work. I'm looking forward to making my future in this field!
In the Fall of 2022, I interned at Alarm.com, where I worked on camera calibration for a mobile robot using an industrial robotic arm. This experience gave me a keen understanding of Linus, ROS, and Docker, as well as tools such as Jira and BitBucket. More recently, I have been working as a Robotics Researcher at California Polytechnic State University, continuing my research in multi-agent autonomous systems.
Aside from academics, I have various hobbies I like to pursue during my free time, including travel, table tennis, hiking, and photography. In fact, the cover image of this website is a view I captured on one of my hikes!
